Job Description
Preferred Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Product Development, Textile Science, Fashion Design, or a related field
Experience, Skills & Abilities:
• 3-5+ years of experience in apparel and accessories production or product development
• Diverse market experience across various apparel segments, including men's, juniors, and children's wear
• Strong skills in cost negotiation with vendors and product engineering
Preferred Experience:
• Music merchandise production experience is a plus.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in executing merchandise needs for artist-specific e-commerce and touring campaigns
• Manage timelines and schedules across cross-functional teams
• Negotiate and cost-engineer products to meet retail targets and margins
• Assist in overseeing pre-production timelines and compliance with product specifications
• Assist with managing supplier relationships and product integrity throughout the development process.
