Job Description

Required Education
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
Required Experience/Skills:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in process improvement, project delivery, business analysis, product ownership, or business operations
• Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall software delivery environments
• Strong experience gathering, analyzing, documenting, and refining business requirements
• Experience managing product backlogs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, developers, testers, and UX teams
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and applicable business systems/databases
• Knowledge of Change Management and Process Engineering methodologies
• Experience identifying and mitigating business and operational risks
Preferred Experience/Skills:
• SAFe Practitioner (SP) Certification
• Experience with BSA, AML, CDD, and/or OFAC compliance initiatives
• Advanced understanding of Agile, Scrum, SAFe, and Waterfall methodologies
• Experience working on digital transformation or customer-facing applications
• Strong knowledge of backlog prioritization, roadmap planning, and release management
Job Duties:
• Represent business stakeholders to gather, analyze, document, and communicate business requirements
• Prioritize product features and execution team activities based on business strategy and customer needs
• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and delivery teams throughout the product lifecycle
• Lead backlog management, prioritization, and refinement activities
• Collaborate with Agile and Waterfall delivery teams to ensure successful project execution
• Define and validate business processes, operational metrics, risks, and controls
• Review and approve development deliverables against defined acceptance criteria
• Partner with UX, developers, QA, analysts, and other teams to support product delivery
• Identify and escalate project risks, issues, and dependencies while recommending solutions
• Support roadmap planning, feature releases, and process improvement initiatives
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and provide ongoing business guidance to delivery teams
