Job Description
Required Qualifications/Skills/Experience
• Prior experience in sales, business development, or outbound prospecting, preferably within travel, hospitality, luxury real estate, or a related industry.
• Experience managing a high-volume outbound pipeline across multiple channels, including email, phone, and LinkedIn.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Experience with outreach and prospecting tools such as ZoomInfo, Outreach, or SalesLoft.
• Comfortable working across North American time zones.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong lead management and pipeline organization skills.
• Consultative selling approach with strong curiosity and active listening skills.
• English language proficiency is required.
Preferred Skills
• Experience in travel, hospitality, luxury real estate, or a related premium/luxury market.
• Familiarity with the North American luxury real estate landscape.
• Experience prospecting and engaging premium property owners.
• Knowledge of luxury real estate trends across key North American markets.
Role Overview
The SDR will support the growth of a premium home portfolio across the North American market.
The role will focus on identifying, researching, and engaging property owners who align with established property criteria.
The SDR will manage outbound prospecting, qualify leads, and connect qualified prospects with the supply acquisition team.
Success in the role requires strong communication, pipeline management, research, and consultative prospecting skills.
The position requires the ability to manage high-volume outreach while working effectively across North American time zones.
Duties
• Prospect for new hosts using established property criteria and an ideal customer profile (ICP), leveraging provided and self-sourced lead databases.
• Execute outbound outreach through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and social media channels.
• Engage premium property owners across the North American region.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads by assessing prospect intent and determining whether properties meet established home standards.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings between qualified prospects and the supply acquisition team.
• Support the property onboarding process by connecting qualified prospects with the appropriate acquisition team.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, activities, interactions, and pipeline stages in the CRM.
• Track luxury real estate trends across key North American markets.
• Use market insights to continuously refine prospecting and outreach strategies.
• Manage and prioritize a high-volume lead pipeline across multiple outreach channels.
