Job Description

Required education:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.

Required experience:
• 2-3 years of experience in the licensing industry

Preferred experience:
• 1-2 years working directly with Amazon Retail platforms (preferably with Amazon Brand Registry, Amazon Ads, Seller Central, and Vendor Central)

Required qualifications:
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both internal and external partners.
• Proactive, solutions-oriented approach with the ability to independently follow through on projects and action items
• Should have a proactive mindset and be able to work independently after instruction is provided.
• Should proactively ask questions and be resourceful in applying the tasks they are trained on.
• Should have excellent written and verbal skills, and should have confidence in speaking with leaders.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, OneNote)

Job overview:
• This dynamic, client-facing role serves as the critical bridge between the company, Amazon, external vendors, and internal licensing teams.
• You will drive strategic alignment, oversee campaign execution on Amazon, and leverage company's iconic properties to unlock new retail opportunities.

Responsibilities:
• Act as the primary front-facing representative for the company in discussions with Amazon, shaping campaign strategies and driving retail initiatives.
• Communicate directly with vendors and licensees to clearly convey Amazon’s priorities and ensure all external partners are aligned with overarching retail goals.
• Synthesize feedback from Amazon and external vendors, sharing critical insights with the internal licensing team to inform and guide go-forward strategies.
• Apply a nuanced, intuitive understanding of the company’s intellectual properties to proactively identify and capture new marketplace opportunities.
• Oversee Amazon Brand Registry operations, which includes linking licensees to respective properties, troubleshooting account issues, and collaborating directly with the brand registry lead.
• Organize and track complex timelines, ensuring strict adherence to embargo dates, product release schedules, and summit meeting deadlines.
• Develop compelling PowerPoint presentations and manage data analysis using Excel (including VLOOKUPs) to support licensing and retail initiatives.
