Job Description

* 1 year of warehouse or distribution experience

* Experience with Material Handling Equipment (MHE)

* Experience working in a fast-paced distribution environment

* General knowledge of distribution operations

Responsibilities

* Receive inspect and sort returned products

* Identify damage defects expiration dates and discrepancies

* Document return reason codes product details and disposition outcomes

* Process returns using RF technology and warehouse management systems

* Repackage relabel and prepare items for restocking quarantine or scrap

* Perform accurate data entry and follow Good Documentation Practices

* Process customer orders

* Scan barcodes and pick products

* Label boxes and palletize orders

* Verify shipment accuracy

* Perform packaging and dock manifest activities

* Operate shrink wrap equipment and manual manifest station

* Support warehouse operations as needed

* Resolve errors using established procedures

* Inspect products for accuracy damage and contamination

* Participate in Lean initiatives and maintain 5S standards

* Verify pallet ID tags and location codes

* Perform inventory counts and reconciliation

* Safely operate designated material handling equipment

* Report damaged products equipment or unsafe conditions

* Maintain equipment and work areas in clean condition

* Complete warehouse documentation and activity records

* Review daily performance metrics and operating goals

* Support warehouse security initiatives

* Cross train in other warehouse functions

* Provide backup support during absences and peak workloads

* Participate in daily stretching activities

* Perform other assigned duties



Physical Demands**

* Ability to lift over 50 lbs

* Walk stand bend stoop kneel crouch reach push pull twist and lift throughout the shift

* Perform repetitive hand movements

* Occasionally climb as required

* Normal vision corrected to 20/40 in each eye

* Sufficient hearing to safely operate material handling equipment

* Work in a moderate to loud warehouse environment

* Regular exposure to moving mechanical equipment and varying temperatures

* Occasional exposure to fumes and airborne particles



Additional Requirements**

* 10-panel drug screen required within 48 hours of offer acceptance

* Background check required before start date

* Overtime required based on business needs

* First shift Monday through Friday 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM

* Overtime may include weekdays and Saturdays from 4:00 AM to 2:00 PM or 5:00 AM to 3:00 PM
