Job Description
REQUIRED SKILLS/ EXPERIENCE:
• Strong working knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software, including drivers and bios: 4 Years
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and team-working skills: 4 Years

• Demonstrated ability to obtain feedback from customers to improve training methods: 4 Years
• Running reports and analyzing common complaints and problems: 4 Years

QUALIFIED RESOURCE TO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
• Considerable knowledge of Microsoft Operating systems; Windows 11 or higher; Working knowledge of?MS Office including Outlook and MS365
• Considerable knowledge of pc hardware, peripherals & networks
• Considerable knowledge of Laptop Refresh
• Ability to use software tools (SCCM, Remote Desktop, Dameware etc) to remotely connect to workstations
• Excellent troubleshooting skills
• Ability to perform software installations, configurations and troubleshooting hardware and software
• Considerable knowledge of SCCM/SMS
• A strong working knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software, including drivers and bios
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and team-working skills
• Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills
• An openness to learning new technologies
