Job Description
Education Requirement
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field; or
• An equivalent combination of education and relevant experience, including applicable IT certifications

Required Skills
• Minimum five (5) years of programming experience
• Experience with Azure, Snowflake, or other cloud technologies
• Strong understanding of data warehousing and data modeling techniques
• Proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language such as C++, Java, or another data-focused language
• Experience with databases, stored procedures, and common scripting languages
• Knowledge of visualization and analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

Preferred Skills
• Experience working in Scrum or Agile development environments
• Knowledge of national standards such as USJR, NODS, NIEM, and/or Justice Counts
• Familiarity with courts and justice processes

Position Description
• The Data Warehouse Programmer/Systems Analyst serves as part of the Applications Team developing data systems for including a new initiative to design and implement a statewide repository for court data.
• This role is responsible for building and maintaining scalable data pipelines that extract, transform, and load data into centralized information products.
• The position focuses on ingesting, storing, processing, and analyzing large datasets to support enterprise reporting and analytics.
• The individual will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including the statistics team, to ensure accurate and efficient data integration solutions.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain ETL pipelines to support a comprehensive statewide court data repository
• Ingest, store, process, and analyze large datasets from multiple internal and external sources
• Translate complex business and technical requirements into detailed system and data designs
• Develop scalable, high-performance web services for tracking and managing data
• Create scripts and processes to integrate various data sources
• Evaluate and recommend optimal data storage and processing solutions to ensure efficiency and scalability
• Collaborate with the statistics team to implement data analytics pipelines
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and performance across systems
• Participate in ongoing system enhancements and support activities
