Job Description
Education Required:

• Bachelor's degree; needs to be able to understand statistics/have a statistics background



Required Experience:

• 6 + years of experience as a Data Scientist



Must-Have Skills

• Ability to do impactful business analysis, including descriptive analysis, ML, etc.

• Familiarity with machine learning or causal inference concepts

• Familiarity with testing and the statistics behind testing



Nice-to-have Skills

• Marketing Data Scientist experience

• Deeper familiarity with experimental systems



Responsibilities:

• You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to drive data-driven decision-making and optimize the company's marketing performance.

• You will develop and implement measurement frameworks to assess the impact of marketing campaigns on perception, engagement, and revenue growth.

• You will dive deep on strategic analysis to drive optimizations in how we connect with advertisers of all sizes around the world, and will collaborate with product, growth, marketing, sales, and leadership teams to drive impactful change and shape the future of the company. You will create data science solutions to maximize growth among business audiences, including advanced targeting and dynamic content personalization.

• You'll have the opportunity to leverage your skills in experimentation, causal inference, AI/ML, and statistics, combined with business understanding, to drive real impact for Marketing and for the company.

• You will have autonomy and influence, with direct impact on marketing strategy and decision-making.
