Job Description
Required education: Bachelors



Top three skillsets required:



• Python programming fluency, specifically with ML packages such as PySpark; Scikit-learn; TensorFlow; Keras; PyTorch

• Applied Databricks experience preferred.

• Research experience (end-to-end preferred) and knowledge of scientific frameworks for hypothesis testing

• Knowledge of data reduction techniques (Principal components; clustering; factor analysis) preferred.

• Data visualization, including tools such as Databricks, Python, Power BI or Tableau.





Desired Skills



• An individual who is successful in this role will feel comfortable working with large data sets and has experience segmenting it to understand its properties

• Wrangling data from multiple sources and synthesizing it into a table fit for analysis is a crucial skill

• Experience with machine learning methods is required for some of the advanced analysis we are asked to do

• Confirming the validity of findings of machine learning methods through data analysis is a required skill, while end-to-end deployment experience is preferred

• Strong Python and SQL knowledge is necessary, and experience using Databricks a plus

• All stakeholder facing skills are a plus.





Top three things worker will be doing:



• Writing Python code in Databricks to train, test, and deploy ML models.

• Exploratory data analysis involving multiple relational databases.

• Networking with various analytical groups for best practices with data.

Position responsibilities:



• This individual will support the analytic workstreams for National Mental Health and Wellness and Addiction Care

• We handle decision support for business through analysis of mental health utilization data, and service requests to build analytical tools to support practitioners directly

• We translate technical modeling and findings into actionable business intelligence through sharing results, building models, and forecasting utilization.
