Client is seeking full-time contractors to support the Threads Integrity Team. These roles will focus on metrics-driven/quality root cause analysis (RCA), through expert labeling delivering actionable insights and providing foundational support for integrity. The contracts will help address increased demands for high-quality labeling and RCAs , operational insights and documentations support key workflow programs.

Key Responsibilities:
•Conduct Robust RCAs and protocol labeling for workflow escalations and expert review for Threads
•Develop and deliver qualitative operational insights for program managers, policy, product and leadership through expert review labeling
•Drive documentation of process enhancements, post-mortem learnings and best practices to improve Threads Operational efficiency, quality and resilience
•Support execution of internal initiatives
•Enhance process documentation, SOPs and onboarding for new team members
•Analyze data and metrics to identify tends, patterns to inform operational strategy
•Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration

Qualifications:
•3+ years of experience in operations analysis, labeling content moderation, risk management, or a related field.
•Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
•Experience with root cause analysis, incident management, and operational documentation.
•Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
•Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools preferred.
•Experience working with vendors or external partners is a plus.
•Knowledge of regulatory, compliance, and risk management principles is desirable
