Job Description
Required Skills:

• 5–8+ years in Enablement, RevOps, Sales Ops, or Tooling Enablement roles Experience supporting or implementing enablement tools and platforms

• Proven ability to partner with technical/product teams Skills

Description:

• We are seeking an Enablement Tooling Lead (Contract) to drive the formulation and execution of our enablement tooling strategy and support critical tooling initiatives across Scaled Enterprise Operations.

• This role will serve as the primary enablement partner to Supply Tech, ensuring that all tooling launches are supported from enablement with strong change management, training, and adoption strategies.

• The contractor will also play a key role in optimizing our enablement tech stack (e.g., Highspot, Gong, Articulate, Synthesia), with a focus on unlocking real time and AI-driven insights and delivering real-time, actionable guidance to the field.



Why This Role Matters

This role addresses two immediate and critical gaps:

1. Tooling Roadmap Enablement Support

• We currently lack dedicated support to partner with Supply Tech on enablement needs tied to the tooling roadmap, resulting in:

• Fragmented rollout processes

• Gaps in training and field readiness

• Reactive, unsustainable execution

• This role will ensure structured, scalable enablement for all major tooling launches.



2. Enablement Tools Optimization & Value Realization We have multiple enablement platforms in place, but no clear owner to:

• Drive a cohesive tooling strategy

• Maximize usage and adoption

• Leverage AI capabilities to deliver real-time insights This role will focus on practical optimization and activation of existing tools, ensuring we translate investments into measurable field impact.



Job Responsibilities

• Tooling Enablement & Execution

• Partner with Supply Tech to support the enablement of all major tooling initiatives Lead end-to-end enablement for tool rollouts (e.g., telephony, workflows, AI tools) Develop and execute:

• Training programs

• Field readiness plans

• Change management strategies

• Primary Stakeholder Partnership

• Act as the dedicated enablement point of contact for Supply Tech Embed enablement into the tooling lifecycle (design ? launch ? adoption) Ensure alignment between product, enablement, and field teams Enablement Tools Optimization Assess and optimize usage of existing platforms (Highspot, Gong, Articulate, Synthesia, etc.)



Identify quick wins to improve:

• Adoption

• Content accessibility

• Field effectiveness

• Drive standardization across tools and workflows AI & Real Time Insights Activation Partner with stakeholders to leverage AI capabilities across enablement tools Help operationalize real-time insights and recommendations for the field Support development of feedback loops between field performance and tooling Knowledge Management • Improve structure and usability of knowledge and content systems Ensure content is:

• Easily discoverable

• Actionable and relevant

• Continuously updated

• Establish lightweight governance for content quality and consistency
