Job overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to accurately prepare, verify, and transcribe source documents into computer databases and electronic formats while ensuring data integrity. The ideal candidate must be proficient in MS Office, possess strong keyboarding skills, and demonstrate exceptional attention to detail to review and correct errors in completed work.
Required Skills & Experience:
• Prepare, compile and sort documents for data entry. Check source documents for accuracy.
• Verify data and correct data where necessary.
• Obtain further information for incomplete documents.
• Update data Enter data from source documents into prescribed computer databases, files, and forms. Transcribe information into the required electronic format.
• Check completed work for accuracy and comply with the data integrity policy.
• Proficient in relevant computer applications such as MS Office. Accurate keyboard skills and proven ability to enter data at the required speed and attention to detail. - **Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.**
