Human Resource Services is seeking two (2) Temporary Data Entry Support Staff to provide administrative and operational support for personnel processing, recruitment support, and data management activities. The positions focus on maintaining accurate personnel records, supporting HR transactions, coordinating with academic departments, and assisting with the transition to CUNYWork while ensuring data integrity across HR systems.



Job Duties:

• Perform data entry and verify personnel information for accuracy

• Prepare reports and maintain personnel records

• Process reappointments and appointment letters

• Maintain spreadsheets and tracking systems

• Assist with Time and Leave reports

• Generate notification letters

• Review contracts and personnel transactions to ensure accurate entry into CUNYfirst

• Coordinate with academic departments and programs regarding personnel processing

• Organize personnel documentation and records

• Monitor deadlines and track personnel actions

• Conduct routine follow-up for adjunct, College Assistant, and classified staff personnel actions

• Support the Recruitment Unit's transition to CUNYWork

• Maintain dual-system job posting integrity and operations in TAM and CUNYWork

• Provide general administrative and operational support to Human Resource Services
