Job Description
TOP 5 SKILLS REQUIRED:

o 1. Clerical Skills with attention to detail, organization, and alphabetizing.

o 2. Data entry quickly and accurately.

o 3. Good communication and interpersonal skills both in person and on phone.

o 4. Basic computer and data entry skills. Excel, Vlookup, Pivot Tables, etc.

o 5. Experience in mailroom or clerical setting (preferred but not required).



JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Responsible for handling, sorting, and distributing incoming mail for Property Tax Department.

- Accurate and timely input of source data into computer systems.
