Required Experience
• 2 to 5 years of data entry experience
• Experience entering and maintaining accurate records in databases or timekeeping systems
• Experience working in time-sensitive, deadline-driven environments

Preferred Experience
• Experience with employee timekeeping systems (e.g., MyTime)
• Experience maintaining and retaining Department of Transportation (DOT) documentation
• Administrative or records management experience

• Accurate data entry and keyboarding skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent organizational skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to maintain accuracy and completeness of records
• Ability to meet production volume and quality standards
• Ability to work effectively under time-sensitive conditions
• Basic computer proficiency and database entry skills

Preferred Skills
• Experience with MyTime or similar workforce management/timekeeping systems
• Knowledge of document retention and records management practices
• Familiarity with DOT documentation requirements
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Key Responsibilities
• Enter employee hours worked into the MyTime timekeeping system accurately and timely
• Maintain, organize, and retain Department of Transportation (DOT) documentation
• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established standards
• Meet productivity, accuracy, and quality expectations for data entry tasks
• Perform records management and documentation-related activities
• Support administrative functions and complete various assigned tasks
• Handle confidential employee and company information appropriately
• Work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Communicate with team members and stakeholders regarding data and documentation issues as needed
• Assist with additional clerical and administrative duties as assigned by management
