Job Description
Required Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related technical field



Required Experience / Skills

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in Data Engineering, Data Integration, ETL/ELT, or related software/data development

• Strong experience designing, building, testing, and supporting data ingestion and integration pipelines

• Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT tools and data integration technologies

• Strong hands-on experience with AWS, AWS Lambda, Python/Python frameworks, Qlik Replicate, and Snowflake

• Strong SQL skills, including DDL/DML, data extraction, transformation, validation, and troubleshooting

• Understanding of software development principles, SDLC, coding standards, testing, and production support

• Experience with CI/CD practices and automated deployment processes

• Experience with source-to-target data quality testing, reconciliation, and data validation

• Experience integrating data from multiple source systems and building scalable enterprise data solutions

• Experience with Apache Kafka or other event-streaming technologies

• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills



Preferred Experience / Skills

• Financial services or banking experience

• Experience supporting production data pipelines and resolving data quality or integration issues



Job Duties

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain data ingestion, ETL/ELT, and integration pipelines

• Develop data solutions using AWS, Lambda, Python, Qlik Replicate, Snowflake, and SQL

• Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot Qlik Replicate data replication processes

• Develop AWS Lambda/Python solutions for data processing, integration, and automation

• Build and support ETL/ELT workflows and enterprise data ingestion pipelines

• Write and optimize SQL queries and DDL/DML for data extraction, transformation, validation, and troubleshooting

• Perform source-to-target testing, reconciliation, and data quality validation

• Implement and support CI/CD processes for data engineering solutions

• Troubleshoot pipeline failures, replication issues, data discrepancies, and production issues

• Monitor pipeline performance, data quality, and data integrity

• Collaborate with Data Engineers, Data Architects, Data Scientists, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable and reliable data solutions
