• Bachelor’s degree in data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field



Required Qualifications/Skills/Experience:

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.

• 1–3 years of related experience in a business environment.

• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools, including Excel and SQL.

• Experience analyzing data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.

• Ability to interpret complex data and communicate findings clearly.

• Experience validating and verifying data for accuracy, integrity, and consistency across systems.

• Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

• Strong judgment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

• Strong task management, prioritization, and time management skills.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications/Skills/Experience:

• Experience implementing or configuring Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems.

• Experience with Windchill is preferred.

• Experience working with PLM, ERP, or other collaborative business systems.

• Experience supporting data migration, transformation, or loading activities.

• Experience with PLM data cleanup, maintenance, attribute correction, and mass data updates.

• Experience developing reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.

• Experience automating data processes and improving reporting efficiency.

• Experience supporting Bills of Material (BOM), parts, and associated documentation.

• Knowledge of documentation control methodologies and processes.

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional business and IT teams.

• Ability to translate complex data findings into clear, actionable business insights.

• Experience reviewing system requirements and business processes and supporting software solutions for PLM systems.



Data Analyst Overview:

The Data Analyst will support the implementation of a new Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system by collecting, processing, mapping, analyzing, validating, and preparing data for accurate system loads. The role will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders, business users, IT teams, and project/workstream leads to understand data requirements and determine how data should be transformed from the current PLM system to the new PLM environment. The Data Analyst will also support data cleanup, maintenance, validation, reporting, and data quality activities while ensuring accuracy, integrity, and consistency across systems. This individual contributor role requires strong analytical and communication skills, attention to detail, independent judgment, and the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.



Job Duties:

• Support the Project Lead and Work Stream Lead for Bills of Material (BOM), parts, and associated documentation.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements, business needs, and objectives.

• Collect, process, map, and analyze data to support PLM implementation activities.

• Complete validation and verification of data for multiple loads into the PLM system.

• Identify and resolve data quality issues to ensure accuracy, integrity, and consistency.

• Support data cleanup activities within PLM, including correction and maintenance of attributes and other data elements.

• Submit data cleanup requirements and collaborate with IT teams on PLM and ERP data cleanup and maintenance.

• Follow established IT processes for mass updates and maintenance of data.

• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, issues, and actionable insights.

• Develop reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, Excel, or similar tools.

• Translate complex data findings into clear and actionable business insights.

• Analyze, define, and develop documentation control methodologies to support the PLM system.

• Review system requirements and business processes related to PLM data and functionality.

• Support the development, testing, debugging, and implementation of software solutions for the PLM system, as applicable.

• Identify opportunities to automate data processes and improve reporting efficiency.

• Pull and analyze data to support informed business decisions and critical thinking.

• Develop, review, and implement work instructions supporting new systems and processes.

• Work independently while applying sound judgment and discretion to assigned responsibilities.

• Perform other related duties as assigned.
