Job Responsibilities:
• Maintain and support technical infrastructure for NC HIEA and SAS platforms, ensuring high availability and performance
• Ensure stability and performance of data exchange systems and applications
• Manage and coordinate change orders, bug fixes, and enhancements for the client
• Develop and support complex data queries to assist with data validation, transformation, and reporting. Verify data extracts and monitor ETL (extract, transform, load) job streams. Generate business analysis reports based on internal and external data requirements
• Use SQL, SAS, and InterSystems Health Share tools to perform data exploration and generate insights for various analytic and outbound services
• Lead technical analysis efforts, bringing detailed knowledge of EHR systems and data integration methodologies
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including data architects, developers, analysts, and clinical stakeholders to ensure data quality and system reliability
