Job Description
Required Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics / Computer Science or a technical field



Required Experience:

• 2+ years’ experience in Data Analytics or IT / Computer Science

• Proficiency in relevant analytics and development technologies such as SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI, Microsoft Power Platform, or comparable tools

• Experience applying automation, machine learning, or AI-assisted analytics tools in a business context

• Demonstrated ability to independently lead analytics, reporting, business intelligence, or automation projects from concept through implementation

• Ability to translate moderate to complex business needs into solution requirements, technical designs, implementation plans, and measurable outcomes

• Ability to independently determine the analytical, technical, and delivery approach for owned projects

• Ability to manage multiple project priorities, scope, risks, timelines, dependencies, deliverables, and stakeholder communication

• Ability to evaluate solution options and clearly communicate technical considerations, trade-offs, and recommendations

• Ability to independently resolve moderately complex analytical, technical, and delivery challenges and coordinate specialized support when needed

• Ability to share technical knowledge and best practices with peers and stakeholders

• Experience using Agile, Scrum, Design Thinking, or comparable delivery methods



Job Summary:

• The Data Analytics & BI Sr. Analyst independently owns analytics, reporting, business intelligence, and automation projects from concept through implementation

• The analyst partners directly with stakeholders to define business needs, determine the appropriate solution approach, translate requirements into technical designs, and deliver scalable solutions that improve business processes, decision-making, and measurable business outcomes

• As a fully proficient analyst, this role is accountable for planning and executing the complete solution lifecycle, including requirements, design, development, testing, implementation, stakeholder communication, adoption, and ongoing enhancement

• The analyst independently manages project priorities, risks, decisions, and deliverables within the scope of owned initiatives



Job Duties:

Analytics & Solution Strategy:

• Independently evaluate moderate to complex business problems through analysis of data, processes, customer needs, and operational requirements

• Determine appropriate analytical and technical approaches and develop solution recommendations that produce actionable insights and measurable business value

Stakeholder Partnership:

• Partner directly with stakeholders to define business needs, establish requirements and success measures, evaluate solution options and tradeoffs, align expectations, and guide decisions throughout the project lifecycle

End-to-End Project & Solution Ownership:

• Independently lead analytics, reporting, business intelligence, and automation projects from concept through implementation

• Establish the solution approach and delivery plan; manage requirements, priorities, timelines, risks, testing, implementation, stakeholder communication, adoption, and transition to ongoing support; and remain accountable for successful delivery and value realization

Technical Application & Knowledge Sharing:

• Select and apply appropriate analytics methodologies, visualization practices, automation technologies, and AI-enabled capabilities based on business and technical requirements

• Share knowledge, reusable approaches, and best practices with peers and stakeholders to improve solution quality and consistency

Continuous Improvement & Governance:

• Independently identify and implement improvements to existing analytics, reporting, and automation capabilities through process optimization, data quality enhancements, user feedback, and governed AI-enabled solutions

• Ensure owned solutions align with HR data governance standards, approved technologies, development practices, and business priorities
