Required Skills, Experience, & Abilities:
• Sourcing and specifically the purchase of marketing services.
• Project management and multiple stakeholder coordination.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis.
• Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
• Demonstrated IT literacy, including advanced Excel, with the ability to present complex data and analysis in a clear and impactful manner.
• Problem-solving, research, analytical, and project management skills.
• Self-driven, ability to manage multiple activities and work independently whilst coordinating with numerous global team members, as required.

• Background in purchasing or managing marketing services.
Role
To support the continued growth of our clients Marketing Services offering, the global sourcing organization is looking to complement existing resources with additional support to deliver a time sensitive supplier optimization and efficiency generation project.
Responsibilities:
• A detailed review of the current Marketing Services supply base.
• Detailed analysis of supplier activities and services, geographical competency, and concentration risk.
• Determine supplier alignment with Client’s environmental sustainability, supplier inclusion, and other key business objectives.
• Supporting rate card and service cost negotiations.
• Production of a consolidated global rate card by key Marketing Service category activity.
• Supplier segmentation and subsequent support of agreed supplier deactivations.
• Finalization of the Preferred Supplier list by market and/or region.
• Coordination of sourcing team input for the bi-weekly and monthly project update meetings.
• Extracting and reporting realized sourcing savings for the monthly updates.
• Supporting the production of new supplier governance documentation.
• Ongoing review of purchase order data to identify opportunities to improve descriptions and purchasing category selection.
