Duties:
• There is an opportunity to add a CW to the Front Door and AI Data Science team to support metric definitions, reporting/dashboards, and experimentation across Front Door and AI initiatives
• We are seeking a Business Data Analyst.
• This individual will partner with business stakeholders to define and maintain key metrics, build and maintain reporting/dashboards, run ad hoc and deep-dive analyses to answer business questions, and design and analyze experiments (A/B tests) to inform product and business decisions.
• The ideal candidate has strong SQL querying skills, experience with BI tools, a solid grasp of experiment design and analysis, strong business acumen, and a track record of translating data into recommendations stakeholders can act on
Job Summary:
• Partner with stakeholders to define, refine, and document key metrics and reporting logic for Front Door and AI initiatives
• Design experiments end-to-end — define hypotheses and success metrics, set up test structure, analyze results, and present recommendations
• Build and maintain dashboards and KPI reporting; troubleshoot data discrepancies stakeholders flag
• Run ad hoc and deep-dive analyses to answer business questions and surface opportunities
• Gather requirements from stakeholders to prioritize and scope new reporting or analysis needs
• Document metric definitions, reporting logic, and experiment methodology so work stays consistent and repeatable across the team
