Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics, or a related field. (preferred)
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst.
• Strong technical expertise in:
• Data models and database design
• Data mining and segmentation techniques
• SQL and database management
• Reporting tools (e.g., Business Objects)
• Programming (e.g., XML, JavaScript, ETL frameworks)
• Proficiency in statistical tools and packages (e.g., Excel, SPSS, SAS).
• Excellent analytical skills with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to write queries, generate reports, and present findings clearly.
Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting full lifecycle data analysis, including gathering requirements, designing solutions, and delivering actionable insights. This role involves developing reporting capabilities, maintaining data systems, and identifying opportunities for performance and quality improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Interpret data and analyze results using statistical techniques; generate ongoing reports.
• Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, and analytics strategies to optimize efficiency and data quality.
• Acquire data from primary and secondary sources; maintain and update databases and data systems.
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex datasets.
• Clean and validate data by reviewing reports, printouts, and performance indicators to identify and correct issues.
