Job Title: Senior Data Analyst, Data & Systems

Auburn Hills/Detroit office 2-3 times per week.

Description:
• Title: Senior Data Analyst, Data & Systems
• Pair with system SMEs to gain input/knowledge on key systems data
• Develop functional requirements for system spilt
• Understand and evaluate IT proposals to perform functional/logical or physical split
• Provide functional support to internal IT (for homegrown systems) and IT providers (for 3rd party software
• Define and perform testing scenarios for split systems: functionalities Escalate to SME in case of need
• Work with big sets of master data and split them up between RemainCo-Client and NewCo-Phinia according to the agreed split criteria/rules
• Meet project milestones
• Work closely with the “GSM Data & Systems split Project Manger”, systems’ SME, Corporate GSM Leads on both sides (RemainCo-Client and NewCo-Phinia) and third party Software Vendors’ technical resources.
• Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science in computer science, information systems, statistics or related field.
• Experience:
• 5+ years of experience in data analytics or data science roles or systems maangment roles
• Background experience on GSM processes/topics/tools
• Experience in spin-off of systems in Multinational Companies is an absolute plus
• Advanced understanding of data management and visualization practices.
• familiarity in working in a multinational/ multicultural/multi-timezone environment

Work Location:
• Hybrid
• Auburn Hills/Detroit office 2-3 times per week.
• 5% travel

knowledge of below systems / technologies is considered a plus:
• Ivalua
• SharePoint based Applications
• Alteryx
• SAP P2P Modules
• Data integration through API and flat files
