Job Description

This is primarily a remote position; the candidate must be available to work onsite in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, if requested by the client.

Required Skills:
• Data analysis, mapping, and migration between legacy and modern systems (10 Years)
• Developing and implementing comprehensive data conversion plans (10 Years)
• Designing and executing data validation and testing processes (10 Years)
• Ensuring data quality, integrity, and consistency throughout conversion projects (10 Years)
• Collaborating with business stakeholders, IT teams, and cross-functional departments to define and prioritize data conversion requirements (10 Years)

Preferred Skills:
• Prior experience with State of LA data or other similar state applications
• Experience with data conversion tools, ETL platforms, and scripting languages

Job Duties:
• Analyze and map data from the old system to the new one
• Develop and implement data conversion plans
• Design and execute data validation and testing processes
• Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the data conversion process
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and other departments to define and prioritize data conversion requirements
• Research and evaluate new data conversion technologies and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement
• Mentor and train other team members on data conversion best practices
• Communicate with stakeholders and provide regular updates on project progress and status
