Job Overview:
Our company is currently seeking a Business Data Analyst with experience in data analysis and reporting. In this role, you will build and maintain reporting tools to track data, using this data to define KPIs, generate reports, and build models. Applicants should have scripting skills in programming languages like SQL, VBA, and Power BI, as you will be responsible for writing queries and other data transformation scripts.
Job Duties/Financial Analyst Roles & Responsibilities
• Collect, analyze, and report business data
• Gain deep product and process knowledge for client assignments
• Gain deep product and process knowledge of product, call, and quality platforms
• Produce monthly client performance reporting
• Use large data sets to define KPIs and generate reports
• Build and maintain dashboards and other reporting tools to track data
• Build predictive models
• Help maintain data frameworks
