Job Description
Education:
• BS or MS in an appropriate quantitative field (Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Math, Econometrics, Operations Research)
Skills:
• 5+ years experience with quantitative analysis and product analytics in a SaaS setting
• Fluency in SQL and Python
• 5+ years hands on experience with data visualization tools (Tableau or Qlik)
• Must have direct experience with A/B testing, from test design to setup to interpretation
• Proven ability to automate and streamline data analysis with AI tools (Claude Code, Cursor, etc)
• Solid communication skills: Demonstrated ability to explain complex technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Knowledge of Causal Inference and other advanced analytics methodologies
Duties:
• We are looking for a hands-on Data Scientist/Analyst contractor who is a creative problem solver with a passion to deliver advanced data-driven solutions
• You will work alongside product managers, marketers, and others to grow our TurboTax business at Client
