Job Description
Required Education:
• BA/BS Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or other related field or equivalent work experience
Required Experience, Knowledge & Skills:
• 4 years of related work experience
• Coding skills (Python, SQL, etc.)
• Experience developing ETL pipelines
• Demonstrated communication skills
Preferred Experience, Knowledge & Skills:
• Advanced skill in Python (or similar programming languages) for data analysis and automation
• Advanced skill in SQL and database query languages for extracting, transforming, and analyzing data from data environments
• Advanced skill in designing and maintaining ETL processes for large datasets
• Experience with data visualization and dashboarding tools
• Experience in GIS preferred
• Familiarity with utility operations
• Able to analyze and interpret data and effectively communicate findings
Job Summary:
Analytics support for Client NPA and zonal electrification programs, an initiative focused on accelerating building electrification to avoid gas infrastructure investments and support long-term decarbonization goals.
Job Responsibilities:
• ETL Pipeline Creation: Develop and maintain an extract-transform-load data pipeline across multiple different core data environments to screen and prioritize electrification opportunities across Client system
• New Data Sources: Provide recommendations to enhance data pipeline with new data sources and improved data processes
• Process Automation: Create automated data routines and processes for reporting and data delivery, ensuring accurate data manipulation and data cleansing
• Dashboards and Ad Hoc Analysis: Develop and communicate clear, concise, and actionable data analyses in the form of dashboards or ad hoc reports
