Required Qualifications/Skills/Experience:

• 2+ years of call center or phone-based experience

• Health insurance or medical customer service experience preferred

• Experience working with Epic preferred

• Strong call center and phone communication skills

• High attention to detail

• Dependability and reliability

• Must reside in WA



Overview:

• Remote Option: Flexible – Partially Remote

• Must live in WA

• Free parking available in lot

• Business casual dress code (jeans allowed)

• Shift: 8am to 5pm



Job Summary:

• Employees will make outbound calls to Medicare members

• Assist members in scheduling Annual Wellness Visits

• Navigate Epic and other systems while documenting accurately

• Work in a structured outbound call environment



Job Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to Medicare members

• View member information in Epic

• Document interactions in multiple systems

• Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail

• Meet productivity and quality expectations
