Job Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
• Experience handling customer complaints, claims, and issue resolution.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to work within established policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Basic understanding of customer service processes and business operations.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with computer systems and customer service software.

Job Summary:
• Provide excellent customer service by supporting customers with sales, promotions, product installations, and general inquiries.
• Resolve customer questions, claims, and complaints professionally, fairly, and in compliance with consumer protection laws.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships through timely and effective communication.
• Educate customers on products, services, promotions, and company initiatives.
• Analyze customer feedback and survey results to identify opportunities for service improvements.
• Follow established procedures, policies, and work instructions to ensure consistent service.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve the overall customer experience.
• Accurately document customer interactions and maintain detailed records.
• Handle a variety of customer service tasks while meeting quality and productivity standards.
