Job Description
Required Education/Experience:
• Requires high school diploma, GED
• 1 –2 years of experience or equivalent experience in a related field

Required Qualifications:
• Should have strong customer service skills
• Shipping and receiving experience
• USPS mail processing, general office skills
• This position does not require extensive physical requirements beyond standard/ minimal use of power pallet jack

Responsibilities:
• Processing incoming/outgoing mail
• Shipping & receiving
• Delivering incoming parcels to end users/processing outgoing parcels to carriers
• Providing customer support in all mail and shipping needs

Additional Details:
• Dress Code: Business casual
