Job Description
Required Education
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field (required).

Required Skills (Ideal Candidate)
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Experience with influencing and coaching.
• Ability to work with various personalities.
• Experience working with confidential information.
• Solid foundational HR expertise.

Core Responsibilities:
• Handle all employee relations activities.
• Counsel and coach managers on HR matters.
• Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for HR policies.
• Own and update HR processes.
• Answer and resolve items in the Service Now ticketing system.
