Job Description
Required Education:
• High School Diploma or Equivalence

Job Overview:
• As a CSR you will assist the sales reps, we have working in the field that may run into issues, and they will require your assistance in caring for the customer’s needs.
• Receiving Inbound calls & making outbound calls
• Placing an orders
• Correcting orders
• Adding promotional products; etc.
• There is no selling on our end, no up sales. 100% support for our field representatives
• Weekend work required

Required Experience and Skills:
• Customer Service experience
• Intermediate knowledge of computer applications
• Positive enthusiastic behavior with a desire to provide a great phone call experience with all the calls they handle
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• The ability to work remotely with no background noise or distractions
