Overview
This role supports Abbott’s Heart Failure division within Acelis Connected Health. The Customer Service Specialist will operate in a fast-paced call center environment, supporting patients with remote monitoring services. This includes assisting with patient information updates, test result collection, supply orders, and providing general product and technical support to ensure patient success and satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound and outbound customer calls
- Collect and record INR test results accurately
- Follow call scripts and company procedures
- Communicate with physicians based on reporting requirements
- Support patients with adherence to testing schedules
- Assist customers with digital platform usage
- Provide product support and basic technical guidance
- Manage escalations, complaints, and general inquiries
- Maintain schedule adherence and attendance standards
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and all regulatory requirements
