Job Description

What Qualifies you for this position:
• 2 or more years' experience preferred in Customer services relating to sales, sales promotions, installations and communications.
• Experience in ensuring that good customer relations are maintained, and customer claims and complaints are resolved fairly, effectively and in accordance with the consumer laws.
• Looking for individuals experienced with developing organization-wide initiatives to proactively inform and educate customers.
• We are seeking someone with experience in developing improvement plans in response to customer surveys.
• Someone with knowledge that is acquired through experience, specialized education or training.
• This role has clearly defined procedures and tasks as well as defined guidelines to aid in decision making.
• This job opportunity requires a basic understanding of work routines and procedures in discipline.
• The ideal candidate is comfortable working within well-defined procedures that may involve a variety of work routines.
