Required Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Business, or a related field
• Or equivalent professional experience in lieu of a degree
Required Skills
• Experience: 1–3 years in marketing communications, project coordination, or a related role
• Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and ability to track multiple deliverables
• Time Management: Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Collaboration: Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and incorporating feedback
• Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Office and collaboration/project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, SharePoint, etc.)
Support a high-priority rebranding initiative for largest client cases, ensuring all enrollment materials are accurately updated and aligned with new brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate the rebranding of enrollment materials across Chubb Benefits’ largest cases
• Review existing materials and track updates needed to align with new brand standards
• Work closely with subject matter experts and internal stakeholders to move projects forward
• Manage deadlines, version control, and approval workflows for multiple deliverables
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance across all updated materials
• Support the organization and maintenance of project files, status updates, and communication logs
• Help identify and resolve issues that may affect timelines or deliverable quality
• Assist with additional marketing communications tasks as needed
• Enrollment materials are updated accurately and on schedule
• Stakeholders are kept informed and aligned throughout the process
• Brand consistency is maintained across all deliverables
