Required Education
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
Required Qualifications / Skills / Experience
• Minimum of 1 year in a customer service or call center environment (call center type environments preferred, if doctors office then anything below managing 75 calls/day would not translate to similar environment)
• Computer experience is required with proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Basic alphanumeric data entry accuracy
• Intermediate math skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret policies, procedures, and instructions

Representative Overview
• The Representative supports operational and administrative healthcare functions through data entry, insurance verification, documentation management, and processing support activities
• This role is responsible for maintaining accurate records, organizing correspondence, processing receipts, and supporting internal systems and workflows with strong attention to detail and accuracy
• The position may also support insurance verification and patient order processing activities while ensuring compliance with internal procedures and healthcare documentation standards
• The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced administrative environment with minimal supervision
• This role requires strong computer skills, data entry accuracy, documentation management abilities, and effective coordination across healthcare-related operational workflows
Job Duties
• Perform data entry into internal systems and applications
• Open and organize incoming mail and correspondence
• Enter receipts and documentation into systems accurately
• Verify insurance coverage for potential and existing patients
• Process and maintain patient paperwork and records
• Support accounts receivable and billing-related documentation
• Maintain accurate files and documentation records
• Coordinate and distribute paperwork to appropriate departments
• Assist with order processing and operational workflows
• Support delivery and setup coordination activities as needed
• Resolve documentation discrepancies and escalate issues appropriately
• Follow established procedures and compliance guidelines
• Work independently while maintaining productivity and accuracy standards
Specific Details to Call Attention To
• Strong data entry and documentation accuracy are critical
• No direct customer-facing responsibilities for some assignments
• Healthcare, insurance, or pharmacy experience is highly preferred
• Medicare/Medicaid knowledge is a plus
• Requires ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Candidates with call center or high-volume administrative experience preferred
