Overview (Customer Service Specialist – Banking):
This role supports members in a fast-paced call center environment by handling inbound calls and delivering high-quality customer service. The position requires strong communication skills, the ability to navigate multiple systems, and a solid understanding of banking products and services to effectively support member needs and build lasting financial relationships.
Responsibilities:
• Handle a high volume of inbound member calls in a fast-paced call center environment
• Navigate multiple systems while adhering to company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines
• Assist members with transactions, basic account maintenance, and card-related activities
• Process loan applications and support members through the application process
• Assist members with Digital Banking services and troubleshoot basic issues
• Maintain strong knowledge of products and services to appropriately recommend solutions
• Deliver excellent customer service through clear verbal and written communication
• Contribute to member retention and relationship building through effective service and support - **Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.**
