Description:

• Customer Service Financial Representative – New Business Advisory

• Hybrid role supporting the New Business Advisory team with pending transfer applications

• Responsibilities include making outbound follow-up calls for transfer status updates, responding to basic customer emails, uploading documentation into processing systems, and answering internal chat inquiries

• Additional workflow tasks may be assigned as needed

• Strong communication skills, ability to multitask across multiple systems, attention to detail, and technical proficiency are essential

• Schedule: Hybrid — 2 days in office / 3 days work from home weekly



• Requirements: High School diploma required; undergraduate degree preferred
