Job Description
Required Skills:
• Healthcare-specific background, previous outbound calling experience.

Preferred Skills:
• Previous outbound calling, prior experience utilizing the Epic systems.


Responsibilities:
• Maintain an average of 60+ outbound calls daily, monitor and maintain the continuity of care through scheduling and tracking systems in all work queues.
• Obtain accurate and updated patient information, such as name, address, and insurance information. Scheduling radiology appointments and procedures in an organized and efficient manner.
• Comfortable working in a high-paced environment.
• Provide effective communication to the patient to ensure understanding.
• Comply with administrative policies to ensure quality of care.
• All employees are expected to keep abreast of current medical requirements relevant to their position.
• This includes maintaining patient confidentiality and abiding by all HIPAA and OSHA requirements.
• Attend all required company and departmental trainings.


Position background:
• Schedule patients for pending exams.
• Contact center Radiology.
• 2 outbound callers.
• Within the contact center, some schedulers answer all incoming calls.

Dress code:
• Business casual.

Interview Preference:
• 1st interview via Teams, 2nd interview in person.
