Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Sales Operations Coordinator to support assigned sales territories by serving as the primary operational partner for sales representatives. This role is responsible for processing customer orders, resolving order and account issues, coordinating with multiple internal departments, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience while maintaining operational accuracy and efficiency.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving problems, and excels at building strong relationships with both customers and internal business partners.


Sales Operations Coordinator Key Responsibilities:
• Process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner
• Serve as a primary point of contact for sales representatives and customers
• Research and resolve order, pricing, delivery, and account issues
• Coordinate with Operations, Contracts, Finance, Logistics, Customer Service, and Technical Support to resolve customer requests
• Maintain accurate customer and order information across multiple systems
• Provide proactive updates and follow through until issues are fully resolved
• Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships
• Resolve customer claims and complaints professionally
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience
• Analyze customer feedback and survey results to help develop continuous improvement initiatives

Work Environment:
• Hybrid schedule after training
• Monday–Wednesday: Onsite
• Thursday–Friday: Remote
•First 6 weeks of training are fully onsite
•Flexible schedule based on business needs
•Occasional overtime may be required to support business demands
