Education:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent



Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of customer service, customer support, or sales support experience.

• Experience supporting customers in a manufacturing, industrial, medical device, or technical environment preferred.

• Strong customer relationship management and account support skills.

• Experience processing customer orders, RMAs, warranty claims, and order status inquiries.

• Knowledge of production scheduling, shipping, delivery, and invoicing processes.

• Ability to coordinate with Sales, Production, Shipping, and other cross-functional teams.

• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills with a customer-focused approach.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

• Experience using ERP, CRM, or order management systems preferred.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

• High attention to detail and accuracy when processing customer requests and documentation.

• Ability to recognize opportunities for additional products or services while supporting customers.

• Ability to work independently while following established policies, procedures, and work instructions.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; additional technical training or related education preferred.



Job Summary:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers before and after the sale, delivering exceptional customer service and support.

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, order status, deliveries, RMAs, warranties, and invoicing.

• Coordinate with Sales, Production, Shipping, and other internal departments to ensure customer needs are met and service goals are achieved.

• Maintain strong customer relationships by resolving issues quickly and accurately.

• Process customer requests, warranty claims, and repair scheduling while ensuring timely follow-up.

• Assist with production and shipping schedule adjustments to meet customer requirements.

• Gather and document equipment failure information and provide reports to management.

• Support the sales team by identifying customer needs and recognizing opportunities for additional products and services.

• Maintain accurate customer records and ensure compliance with company procedures.

• Follow established processes and work instructions while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
