Education:
• High school diploma or equivalent
Requirements:
• Minimum of two (2) years of related work experience.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Accounting experience, particularly with large transactions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Preferred Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce or similar).
• Experience using ERP systems (SAP or similar).
• Two (2) years of experience in a customer-facing environment or claims management role.
Job Duties:
• Assist in identifying obstacles in the claims management process and collaborate with customer service representatives, sales teams, and account managers to implement corrective actions.
• Provide regular updates to internal stakeholders regarding claim status and resolution progress.
• Support the preparation and generation of claim documentation according to established procedures.
• Resolve simple administrative, clerical, and process-related issues following defined guidelines.
• Respond to basic customer inquiries related to credit memos, debit memos, and short pay/deduction authorizations.
• Handle moderately complex clerical, administrative, technical, and customer support issues under general supervision.
• Escalate complex matters to the appropriate staff when necessary.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
Job Summary
The Customer Service Support II – Customer Enabling role supports routine customer enabling activities within the order management and claims management processes. This position helps execute established customer service procedures and contributes to streamlined internal operations that promote a seamless customer experience.
