Job Description
Min Hourly Rate($): 16.00

Max Hourly Rate($): 18.00



Required Education & Experience

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required. Associate degree preferred.

• Experience: 1-2+ years of customer service or related experience is required. Internship experience is acceptable.



Required Skills

• Top 3 Skills: Multitasking, Effective Communication, Attention to Detail.

o Proficiency with computer applications (Microsoft Office 365, Teams).

o Ability to browse, navigate interfaces, and type efficiently.



Job Responsibilities

• Analyze critical safety event data and video from an in-vehicle driver safety system.

• Determine and apply correct safety event classifications and sub-classifications.

• Implement the appropriate Fatigue Intervention Plan (FIP).

• Contact customer mine sites as required by the FIP to relay safety concerns and intervene.

• Coordinate with peers to ensure consistent application of event classifications.

• Perform quality audits of event classifications as directed.

• Accurately document and record all customer interactions, inquiries, and actions taken.

• Facilitate the completion of tier 1 service tickets as required.
