Job Description
Required Education:

• High School Diploma or GED.

• A bachelor's degree is preferred.



Required Experience:

• Either experience in customer service, HR, or mail merging to create letters

• Also needs to know formulas in Excel (vlook-ups)

• Excellent customer service, collaboration across departments and organization, ability to handle and maintain confidential and sensitive information with strong attention to detail.

• HR or Customer service or Ability to do mail merges (knowing DocuSign is a plus)

• Strong experience with mail merges and document generation, including preparation and testing.

• Experience creating and managing DocuSign templates, uploading documents, tracking status, sending to associates, and downloading executed documents.

• Ability to assist with processing and administrative support related to project changes.



Alternate Skill Set – BAU / HR Operations Support:

? Background in HR operations, call center, or customer service environments.

? Experience supporting associates by explaining HR processes and policies.

? Comfortable handling inbound calls and web chats to address associate inquiries.

? Strong collaboration skills and ability to work as part of a larger, team-oriented environment (approximately 14 team members).



The client is seeking resources who can support either a project-based initiative or business-as-usual (BAU) operations.



Responsibilities:

• Responsible for a centralized human resources department that provides support to more than one segment/region/ country.

• This includes, but is not limited to, P&O Communications, addressing Associates' queries and questions on different P&O programs and executes all P&O-related transactions.

• People & Organization Service Center Support First point of contact to support Associates, Line Managers, and P&O Business Partners by building relationships with these stakeholders and educating on Client culture, policies, practices and applications such as the MyP&O Portal and iTMS. Deliver consistent results through strong customer focus and a commitment to service delivery excellence.

• Ensure delivery of best-in-class solutions, enabled by technology and guided by the Associates concept and the 5 principles.
