Required Education
• High school diploma or equivalent

Required Experience:
• Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in an HR call center, shared services environment, or dedicated employee benefits/leaves support role.
• Demonstrated track record of auditing high-volume payroll data and reconciling discrepancies with third-party vendors.
• Experience managing high-volume inbound inquiries (50+ daily tickets/calls) within a fast-paced, multi-region shared services environment.
• Proven history of cross-functional stakeholder management, partnering smoothly with external vendors and global HR teams.

We are seeking an organized, empathetic, and detail-oriented Human Resources Service Specialist to support our growing HR shared services environment. In this role, you will serve as a primary point of contact for benefits and leaves operations across the US, Canada, and Puerto Rico, delivering a seamless, high-touch experience to our diverse workforce.

Key Responsibilities
• Program Administration: Act as a trusted resource answering complex benefits and leaves questions for employees across North America.
• Vendor Partnership: Collaborate directly with external benefit vendors to request, track, and exchange essential data efficiently.
• Data Integrity & Auditing: Conduct meticulous audits of benefits and leaves payroll data to ensure absolute accuracy and compliance.
• High-Volume Support: Handle a high volume of requests with speed, prioritizing precision and compassionate, active listening.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner smoothly with global HR colleagues to translate solutions and build positive stakeholder relationships.
