Job Description
• Required Level of Education: High School, must be able to read, write and spell
• Preferred Level of Education: High School if able to read, write and spell
• How many years of related experience are you looking for in your ideal candidate?: 1-2 years
• Specific Systems Knowledge Required: Computer skills, Microsoft Office (Word, TEAMs), Phone skills, Copier and Fax skills
• Specific Systems Knowledge Preferred: Rightfax, Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Top Three things Worker will be doing:
1-Pick up, deliver from basement level to 2nd floor. Open, sort, and file department mail.
2-Scan and save documents from Rightfax into the computer under the appropriate folders.
3-Answering phone calls and perform follow-up calls as directed (pick up forms, confirm appointments, etc.)

Under indirect supervision, maintains patient/employer relationships as related to industrial/occupational, workers compensation and no-fault inquiries; complies and reports department statistics; communicates, monitors, and processes insurance claims reports and billing of patients and members being compensated for medical disabilities benefits; educates parties regarding industrial procedures; coordinates and processes M.D. monthly schedules’ schedules and registers industrial and no-fault patients. Occupational Health Services, PE’s and drug screen patients; provides patient attending services as required; performs clerical functions as needed; supports compliance and Principles of Responsibility; maintains confidentiality’ protects organizational assets; exhibits ethics and integrity; adheres to applicable federal and state laws and regulations, accreditation and licensing requirements, policies and procedures; reports and/or resolves issues of non-compliance.
