Preferred Qualifications

• Typing speed of 40+ words per minute.
We are seeking a customer-focused Customer Service Phone Agent to join our team. In this role, you will assist customers with supply orders, answer product and service-related questions, perform customer follow-up calls, and maintain accurate customer records. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow established procedures while delivering an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle inbound customer calls regarding supply orders and customer inquiries.
• Conduct outbound calls for customer follow-up and issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
• Follow established work instructions and departmental procedures.
• Provide exceptional customer service while resolving customer concerns.
• Assist with basic technical support related to equipment and mobile devices.
