Required Education:

Required Qualifications / Skills / Experience:

•Minimum 2 years of customer service or call center experience

•Excellent written and verbal communication skills

•Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills

•Comfortable handling high call volumes and member inquiries

•Ability to work weekends and a late shift ending as late as 9:30 PM

•Reliable attendance and ability to follow strict schedule requirements, including no time off during the first 90 days of assignment

•Located within 30 miles or a 1-hour radius of Denver, CO

•Hard-wired internet connection required (Wi-Fi is not accepted)

•Strong internet speed and a quiet workspace for remote work



Preferred Qualifications / Skills / Experience:

•Healthcare or health plan member-interacting experience

•Experience with eligibility, benefits, billing, or claims inquiries

•Prior remote customer service experience

•Bilingual (Spanish) candidates encouraged to apply



Work Location:

Fully remote after a one-time onsite equipment pickup at Denver, CO 80230, scheduled for November 4-5, 2026



Schedule:

•Training: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (candidate's own time zone), 3 months in duration with no time off approved

•Nesting: Schedule to be determined based on business need

•Production: Candidates will be required to work nights and weekends based on business needs, with shifts running as late as 9:30 PM



Interview Process:

Second round interviews will be scheduled between October 5 and October 9. Candidates should confirm preferred day and time availability.

Overview:

This Customer Service Representative opportunity supports client health plan members, patients, and providers in a remote call center environment. Candidates will need to attend a single in-person equipment pickup appointment in Denver, CO before starting fully remote work. The role requires strong attendance, flexibility for evening and weekend shifts, and a dependable home setup for remote work.



Job Summary:

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for increasing customer satisfaction and retention by providing members, customers, patients, and providers with accurate, consistent, timely, and meaningful information. The representative supports members' inquiries and issues as they use health plan and provider services, building rapport and collaborative relationships with current and prospective members in accordance with compliance guidelines. This is a 6 month or longer assignment with the possibility of conversion to a permanent role based on performance, though conversion is not guaranteed.



Job Responsibilities:

•Handle member inquiries related to facility questions, web support, ID cards, complaints, and service reviews

•Address eligibility, benefits, correspondence, dependent changes, and new member experience inquiries

•Support Medicare-related member inquiries

•Assist with premium billing inquiries, payments, EFT questions, and reinstatement requests

•Answer and document all incoming contacts to determine their nature and respond to complex calls related to specialized product lines or queues

•Respond professionally to inquiries from internal and external customers

•Initiate contact with the appropriate health plan, medical group, or facility personnel to gather information relevant to a concern or inquiry

•Evaluate information to determine and implement the appropriate course of action to resolve complaints or coordinate service recovery

•Document all member conversations according to established procedure

•Complete required training and apply available tools to recall necessary information

•Maintain the privacy and confidentiality of information and protect the assets of the organization in accordance with the organization's code of conduct
