Job Description
Required Education:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent



Required Experience, Knowledge & Skills:

• Basic experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

• Basic experience with mail sorting, printing, scanning, scheduling appointments, and answering phones

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

• Ability to interact professionally with customers, vendors, visitors, and internal staff

• Ability to support administrative, operational, and front desk activities in a fast-paced environment



Preferred Experience, Knowledge & Skills:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish

• Experience using internet-based applications and online scheduling systems

• Previous experience in customer service, front desk support, or administrative support roles

• Experience coordinating meetings, workshops, events, or training sessions

• Familiarity with facility operations, inventory management, and equipment handling



Job Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors, customers, vendors, and staff at the front desk

• Provide general customer service and basic technical support for conference and training rooms

• Coordinate logistics and room setup for workshops, meetings, and events

• Support workshop registration, attendance tracking, and customer inquiries before, during, and after events

• Assist instructors and internal teams with administrative and operational tasks

• Support facility operations by organizing documents, submitting maintenance requests, and managing office supplies

• Assist with scheduling and coordinating tours, demonstrations, and consultations

• Set up and support equipment demonstrations and lending program activities

• Monitor reservations and maintain accurate records for lending programs and equipment loans

• Prepare, package, and coordinate equipment pick-up and drop-off activities

• Maintain EEC policies, procedures, mission, and customer service standards throughout daily operations
