Role Overview

The Service Coordinator will support customers, field crews, and internal teams by coordinating service activities and responding to day-to-day inquiries. This role will handle customer communications, job scheduling, field calendar coordination, and refund processing. The position requires strong customer service skills, adaptability, and a willingness to learn. The company will provide the required laptop and monitor.



Duties

• Respond to customer questions and inquiries by phone and email.

• Assist customers with questions related to scheduled and upcoming jobs.

• Schedule jobs and coordinate field service calendars.

• Work directly with field crews to address questions and provide scheduling support.

• Manage and update fielding calendars to ensure accurate scheduling.

• Issue customer refunds as needed and follow established processes.

• Coordinate information between customers, field crews, and internal teams.

• Maintain accurate scheduling and customer information.

• Adapt to changing priorities and assist with additional coordination tasks as needed.
